This event was planned by Pryia Minhas and Juliana Maciel.
Each day from May 3 - May 7, there were events and challenged planned throughout the day. There were many posters and infographics hung around the school that week to promote mental health. There were 5 winners for each challenge. Winners were selected by who ever completed the challenges.

Students would use their two hands and trace around them. One hand would be for letting things go and the other would be to cherish the things you love.

Students were given colouring pages to express their feelings and the pages were used to promote mental health

Students wrote a poetry on content healthy relationships or mental health.

Students could participate in many different activities and weight training.

Self Care Bingo
Bingo Sheet focused on self-care. Students completed tasks on the sheet until they got a line.
Colour Run
Students were to walk or run a route to promote mental health. At the end, staff members would through the mental health colours (Pink, green, blue, orange, yellow, red). Students wore white so that the colours could show.
Mental health is a lot of the time over looked. It is important for HSS to recognize this. In efforts to spread the awarenessand support of Mental health. The leadership crew at HSS ran a fun filled week full of events and activities for the students of HSS to enjoy.
