As a computer support technician with the School District, I assisted in physical help and set up computer hardware. This included moving stuff around and sorting things out. Because the new school was being built that summer, I worked in both the old and new schools—moving tech from one building to another. We set up many computers, wires, and TV's in the new school.
Most of my tasks varied depending on what was necessary at the time. There were seven different schools located both in Smithers and Houston, BC. I travel between each fixings other things throughout the day. Inventory also arrived a few times during the summer.
My favourite part about this experience was how each day was different. Because I went to different schools every day, I met new people every day.
